I’m not sure if this is what you wanted but In Graylog configuration file you should have this line.

# Disable checking the version of Elasticsearch for being compatible with this Graylog release.
# WARNING: Using Graylog with unsupported and untested versions of Elasticsearch may lead to data loss!
elasticsearch_disable_version_check = true

Server.conf Option: Disable the “You are running an outdated Graylog version” message

Graylog check this URL to get latest available version: https://versioncheck.graylog.com/check You have 3 options: Add this parameter to /etc/graylog/server/server.conf: versionchecks = false Or disable this url in your proxy, firewall, /etc/hosts file Or create script, that will delete notification using API: /api/system/notifications/outdated_version
