Hi,
with the advent of 4.3, I see that the docs now have updated installation instructions. I cannot however find any means of reading instructions for previous versions (those not included in the archive, e.g. for version 4.0, 4.1 or 4.2). Is there some way to read them that I missed? Having the ability to read older versions of the docs would be great, it would be unfortunate to lose this kind of information, e.g. because it could be useful in restoring or checking old installations.
