Hello,
I’ve just updated from 4.2 to 4.3 and I’ve noticed the new Security menu.
It displays an error because I don’t have an entreprise license.
I just want to hide this menu. Is there a way to do it ?

Do you have any of the enterprise plugins installed? check with:
dpkg -l | grep -E ".*(elasticsearch|graylog|mongo).*"
~or~
yum list installed | grep -E ".*(elasticsearch|graylog|mongo).*"
I don’t have an eterprise plugin installed
same here with a lab without Enterprise:
There is no dropdown-menu on the Enterprise-button → No Enterprise installed. The security menu is there anyway.
I know I could hide it by creating a new Role and removing the permissions, but my Users have the Admin role.
Ugh.
I have the security menu as well but no license for it so it complains. I don’t see a way to turn it off currently but you can put in a request for it:
Not all users are Admin, only administrators
Thank you I have created a feature request Hide Security menu · Issue #13672 · Graylog2/graylog2-server · GitHub
