Did not receive Free Enterprise license

Hi, new user of Graylog here, and loving it so far!

A little over a week ago, I submitted the Free Enterprise form requesting a license, and after about a day I hadn’t yet received a message with it, so I emailed info@graylog.com as the form recommended. Since then, I haven’t received anything at all from the original form submission, nor have I heard a reply from the info email (and yes, I did check spam, unfortunately no luck). How can I proceed to get this worked out?
