Default index set loading stucked

Dear

I’m new with Graylog and use OVA for Graylog 3.3.X

I try to adjust and seems that my default index set stucked on loading process and cannot get indices.

I set http.max_initial_line_length to 32k (even to 256k) but still loading.

Please suggest me how to fixed this.
