Dashboard hangs with loading message


When I want to enter any Dashboard screen, it is waiting as “loading”. Screenshot below. How can I debug this ?


Sometimes it happened after upgrade to new version. Try to clear you browser profile, or create new one.

3.3.6 version is active now. Want to upgrade to Graylog 3.3.8?
Does it fix in version 3.3.8?
Or should I downgrade the version?

If you use Firefox, try to refresh firefox using menu: Help - Troubleshooting information - Refresh Firefox
Or create new empty profile using Profile Manager (Choose User Profile) or with command: firefox -P

I downloaded firefox and did what it said first.
The same problem continues.
I just caught an error message. But I’m not sure if it could be due to this?
Error: Request has been terminated Possible causes: the network is offline, Origin is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin, the page is being unloaded, etc.

Check requests in the developer console of your browser
