Customise graylog UI

HI,

We are looking to do customise graylog UI for our instance of graylog. Customisation is with respect to look and feel by changing some css properties.

Can any one help me with information to achieve this. Also since graylog-web is a part of graylog-server, we need help in deploying the updated UI as well.
