After installing side car and configuration server is not visible in Graylog portal

Hi Team,
We are using Graylog and I have configured for new windows server
I have installed sidecar and configured with server details, I have tried for 5 servers
all 4 are reflecting in graylog portal, 1 server is not reflecting, I had trud rebooting server and re-installing sidecar but did not work

any suggestions pls

Sidecar puts out logs about what it is doing and errors. Look in:

C:\Program Files\Graylog\sidecar\logs

If you need help figuring out what the logs mean, post them here (using tools above to make them easier to read.)
