I am having problem in configuring Email Alerts in my graylog server. even after giving all details correct it prompts me stating that “535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful”. Please suggest.
\server.conf
transport_email_port = 587
transport_email_use_auth = true
transport_email_use_tls = true
transport_email_use_ssl = false

Just a question transport_email_auth_password Should be encrypted or a clear text password?

Issue is that in graylog.conf transport_email_auth_password Password should be cleartext password i was trying sha256sum password.
