Winlogbeat windows 7 error

Hi guys
I am using Graylog version 3 OVA and config winlogbeat in windows 7
I checked everything many times
I encounter this error
ubuntu@graylog-preview:~$ sudo tail -f /var/log/graylog-server/server.log
