Web interface stopped working

I have had a Graylog server up and running for months now, over the course of the last week we started losing access to the web interface, we would reboot and get it back, and than two days ago it just stopped working and a reboot does nothing. Any ideas what would cause the server to act that way.

Check the logs of all involved components.
