Using API to Export a Search to Json or CSV?

Hello I’m new to graylog and I’m really struggling with the documentation (API Browser)

I cant see that it gives any information in regards to what it requires and I cant seem to find any examples of what I want to do.

Basically what I want to do is get the results of all the messages on a specific server of a 24 hour period so I can plot them on a graph within within another web app.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
