We have Graylog 3.1.3+cda805f enterprise we haven’t search any logs last 3 days. there are no problems on system. inputs has a traffic in/out. we are stuck Could you please help me?

you should really share some more details - because best guess is the option someone not you has currently.
Did you checked System > Configuration for errors? Did you checked the Graylog server.log?
Sounds like a timestamp issue.
Logs are coming but indexed somewhere in the past.
Check the original log content, check extractors, check deeper in the past
