Step-by-step Guide for Upgrading 2.x to 3.0?

I have not upgraded Graylog in a while…

Is there or has anyone made a step-by-step guide on doing the actual upgrade to 3.0? I have looked at Graylog’s 3.0 upgrade document and it seems to be more with potential changes and things to keep in mind rather than an upgrade guide. Any thoughts?
