First time upgrading

Hi All,

The recently released 2.2.3 (Stiegl) version will be the first time that I have had to do an upgrade of version since we started using Graylog.We are currently running 2.2.2.

Is there a specific in-place upgrade option and/or any documentation on how to best do this?
