SMTP login with UPN Suffix

Hi All ,
I have a small problem. our users have to use UPN Suffix to login to exchange. example :
“smtp_server”: “192.168.1.1”,
“smtp_port”: 587,
“smtp_user”: “domain\user”,
“smtp_password”: “password”,
“smtp_from_email”: "support@email.co.uk",

How I can escape from this problem ? Im getting error :

[2018-09-04T18:11:01+01:00] ERROR: lexical error: inside a string, ‘’ occurs before a character which it may not.

Heyo @rethray,

Try escaping the backslash with another. Using \\ should work.

Example:

“smtp_server”: “192.168.1.1”,
“smtp_port”: 587,
“smtp_user”: “domain\\user”,
“smtp_password”: “password”,
“smtp_from_email”: "support@email.co.uk",
