I can understand real-time display of In coming 226 message/second. But why the outgoing 226 msg/s ?
Where can I read more about Out msgs/s ?
This two numbers gives you the messages that comes in to Graylog for processing (in) and that Graylog writes to Elasticsearch (out).
It those numbers are way different you know that something in your Setup is not working as it should. Or you drop a lot of messages for a reason.

@jan, Again thanks for the quick reply to beginner question.
I did have two number missed-match quite often when my graylog was all-in-one setup. Now that I have a cluster of elasticsearch, two numbers are same so far.
