Pipeline stage order

Hello,

I would like to confirm how different pipelines attached to the same streams are ordered.
Assuming I have the following pipelines and the stream connections.

When stream BLUE receives a message.
Is the order -1, 0, 3?
Or is it -1, 3, 0?

I’m asking because I believe it is -1, 3, 0 but the simulation says otherwise.

the order is -1, 0, 3 for blue - as all pipelines run at the same time.
