1. Describe your incident:
I have set up pagerduty notifications and they are working well. However the configuration options for the notification are limited. The events trigger and the notifications create events in PD… However the event in PD just has the title. There is no information about the event. I pass one field, source so i can see what device triggered the event. That does not come through in the API message I see from PD side. How can I get details from the messages (backlog) generated by the graylog / event / notification passed through to PagerDuty so the person getting the alerts, etc knows whats is going on. Seems pretty useless to only have the title of the alert come through to PD.

Multiple tries of reconfiguration different fields in the alert and event areas.

How can details (fields, backlog) from the log messages be passed through to the PD event?
