That is an older version of Graylog, also, it is not clear on what is going on from your screen paste.

i try to install newest version of graylog and this version
i wounder if the file is be poisoning.
Why no one think so?

It hard to tell what the issue is. There is a lack of information to use for troubleshooting .

EDIT:
root# systemctl stop graylog-server
root# yum clean all
root# yum update
Should be good
