Output disabled in graylog 4.0.17

I have a problem when run graylog .Before that it was still running normally, pls help !

Output disabled

The output with the id 617f55d31d050708b6e6eaad in stream “Sensor” (id: 618b42d5aaffa927740714b9) has been disabled for 30seconds because there were 7 failures. (Node: ed92de42-1383-4342-b842-7555caf1cb6d , Fault threshold: 5 )

4.0 is a very old version and out of support for a long time.
Please upgrade to a more recent version.
