I am new at graylog and at linux 
So I need help to get logs from Oracle Linux Server WebLogic access.log to graylog. From this server now working rsyslog who is sending logs to graylog and there all is working. But I dont know how to get these access.log to other input.
Look into sidecars and filebeat

as @tywjohn already wrote, look into a collector like filebeat that reads log messages and send them to a remote host.
The community is having some example configurations and will help with this if you have specific questions.
