Hmm, okay, that is quite strange. Are the message(s) triggering the alerts in multiple indices?
Try just including ${message} in your notification.
Analyse the output from there, that is how I discovered the ${message.index} and ${message.id} values originally.
That was in a 3.1.2 system, maybe things have changed slightly between that and 3.1.4
