Yes all components are in single host. Hardware 8 vCPU / 16 GB RAM.
The widget is timing out only when i select all messages. Here is the screen shot.
Your cluster status is red. That means you are down, accepting no new messages. You have two unassigned shards. You should check your opensearch logs to see what they say.
Just going by how common it is, odds are that you have run out of disk space. When that happens it hits a watermark stage and stops accepting new messages, hence the read-only status. The logs will tell you if this is the reason. Look for the word stage and you should find it. Running out of space can often strand shards, causing them to be unassigned.
