I have created a stream and added stream rules. Then, managed alert notifications and conditions then, tested. The test has worked! But then, when I want to receive the alert automatically using the stream, this does not work!.
Any suggestion of the problem and how to resolve it please?

did you checked your logs?
Is any alert/mail related error in your graylog server.log and is anything visible in your mailserver log?

The email alert has worked! The problem was that I didn’t managed the alert condition.
