How to fix performance issues?

I have 1 Graylog server (8vCOU/15 GBRAM) and 1 ES Node (4vCPU/7.5 GBRAM)
Now it shows me this screen. What can I do to increase performance?

• tune your extractors
• tune your processing pipelines
• tune your stream rules
• improve the configuration for graylog
• improve the configuration for elasticsearch
• add elasticsearch nodes

not necessarily in that order.

I would switch these virtual machines. Elasticsearch requires more resources than Graylog.
