How to find a node

We use Graylog 2.5.2.
Graylog gives the notification:

This means that you are unable to receive any messages from this input. This is mostly an indication for a misconfiguration or an error. You can click here to solve this.

How can I find out which node that is.
I need the IP-Address or domain name.

Go to the UI System > Nodes and in the overview you can see the Nodes with their UUID.
