I would like to know whether we can increase graylog processing speed with one graylog server.
Log size per hour is > 50GB

add more CPU cores to Graylog - Size elasticsearch for that amount of logs.

And also a good start to read the docs to understand to processing. After that you can change what you need.

But based on an old graylog doc, you need a bit more setver
