Graylog web interface can not reach?

Deal all,
I have a question that how can confirm graylog web interface service ?
I install the graylog with the graylog ovf but i do know why i can not reach the web ?

Hi Jan,
I look the server.log , here are my error log detail, how can i resolve it?
