Graylog version 6 installation on Ubuntu 24.04

Dear all, I want to install a Graylog version 6 in Ubuntu 24.04 (latest stable), but I just can see guides using Ubuntu 22.04.

The official doc from Graylog tells to install it on Ubuntu 22.04 (Ubuntu Installation) using Opensearch in place of Elasticsearch.

Is it possible to use Ubuntu 24.04 or is there any technical limitation that force to always use Ubuntu 22.04?

Thanks a lot!!!

The installation process remains the same regardless of the version of Ubuntu. But also pay attention to technical changes of the operating system. On the subject of Elastic, I would recommend using opensearch when reinstalling, as Elasticsearch will no longer be supported in the future.
