Hello,
I am running a single Graylog server on an ec2 instance with ubuntu 18.04 LTS. I plan to upgrade the OS to 22.04 version. What would be the best approach with minimal downtime for such upgrade. I thought about taking snapshot of ami and ebs and replicate the server but not too familiar with how to or if I need to migrate the mongodb and elasticsearch.

Upgrading the operating system, always create a snapshot/backup.
I stopped all services and started the upgrade process. Following this guide helped me.

Its been a while but I think maybe 30 minutes or something around there.
