Graylog Maintenance loose logs?

Hi,
We currently have 3 graylog nodes setup (running in k8s) and as long as the servers are available we don’t loose any message, they are piled in journal. But I am planing to stop the servers to proceed with the maintenance and was wondering if the logs that all the applications are sending (fluentbit, sidecar, syslog…) are going to wait until the servers are up and dump all at once.

on client side use round robin send or sent the log to a loadbalancer
on the server side don’t take maintenance all servers at one time.
