by one of my Graylog servers the journal keep filling up. I already stopped GL, remove the journal folder and started GL again. The journal starts filling up again… any ideas why this is happening?

your Graylog server.log might reveal that. But I guess that your Elasticsearch is overwhelmed by messages and you might need to tune the output or add more power to Elasticsearch.

looks like splitbrain was the “issue” -> copied the elasticsearch.yml from a “healty” GL to the bad one. -> cluster is green again and also the journal is not plumping up extremly…
