Graylog API grab data from snmp server

Hi all, i am new on graylog, i have a question about graylog API.
whether graylog could grab data from SNMP server ?, as i know graylog are for log management not alarms and events.

Sorry i mean, graylog recieve all messagges using syslog that sended by device.
is there any document for graylog collecting data using rest API from SNMP Server ?
