Getting duplicate hostname in the source field

I have shared the error below we are getting duplicate entry of hostname in the source field and application name, can any help on this

Do you have a pipeline or extract configured. How are you send this data?

We don’t have any pipeline configured or any extractor related to that. we have 2 input one for syslog-ng and one for logstash.syslog-ng send show the logs correctly but we have issue in logstash logs it showing duplicate entries in source field.

Can you share you logstash pipe? Ensure you hide you personal info if you do.
