I am using Graylog 3.3 and when I do experience Gelf TCP Input Errors they do not appear as System Events - as they did on Graylog 2.5.
This way it can not be understood what caused the error.
Is there anything changed on 3.3, or am I missing something?

where did you looked at the system events in 2.5?
In the Search form - the same one searches “normal” records.
Gelf Errors were appearing as system internal records.
In 3.3 they do not
at /system/logging
under Level Error, Total written: x
does increment after I provoke the input error.
But I cannot see internal messages for them
