Fortinet FG300E log collection error

Hello, I am new to graylog. I have a fortinet fortigate 300E firewall. i have setup the firewall to send the logs to my syslog server (graylog) but am unable to get the messages.

Here is my configuration details in FG300E:

FG300E (setting) # sh full
config log syslogd setting
set status enable
set server “190.250.250.5”
set mode udp
set port 514
set facility syslog
set source-ip “190.250.250.1”
set format cef
end

Now on graylog server, i tried every type of input method but it always failed. Since i am newbie, please advise if i am doing something wrong.

what kind of input did you configure in Graylog and where did you fail exactly?
