We are currently running a Graylog 3.0.2 installation.
We have extended Graylog with an alert condition, which allows us to be alerted when a process fails silently.
I see that the alert-system has been reworked and we would thus need to update our plugin as part of upgrading our installation. But is it even possible to provide custom event definitions through plugins?
The plugin-docs doesn’t mention event definitions.

Edit: I have looked into the features of the new correlation engine. It might be able to replace our old plugin to some extent, but I would still prefer to carry over the plugin. At least for now.
