Developing plugins in graylog 2.3

Hi,

I was wondering how you create a plugin in graylog 2.3. I understand that the 1.0 plugin documentation doesnt work anymore but the 2.3 documentation seems incomplete. For example graylog-project page it makes reference to a graylog-cli tool which isn’t mentioned at all in the 2.3 plugin docs page.

the 2.3 plugin docs page also makes reference to a scripts folder that contains bootstrap to build the project, however i’m not seeing it. Am I missing something? I could be because I am new to creating plugins.
