Hi everybody,
Today I would like to change the directory of elasticsearch and mongoDB.
I mean, I’m using Graylog 2.4.3 and everything is working very well but recently I had more memory on my directory /data on RedHat. Before, I was running graylog with the default configuration on /var/log/elasticsearch, /var/log/mongodlog.
So today, I’m trying to find an easy and good way to move those logs to the /data directory without losing anything.
Is my solution just a : “stop/change path conf/start” ?
Thanks a lot for all your help
Guillaume
Yes, pretty much. Make sure that all filesystem permissions are correct and closely watch the log files of the involved components.
