Cant view received messages

1. Describe your incident:
   Graylog new input created of type Raw/Plaintext TCP and is listening on port 5555 and bind_address: 0.0.0.0.
   When I view Show Received Messages nothing is showng getting this error:

While retrieving data for this widget, the following error(s) occurred:

• Elasticsearch exception [type=illegal_argument_exception, reason=key [types] is not supported in the metadata section].

3. What steps have you already taken to try and solve the problem?
   Restarted services.
   Followed this post but still same:
   While retrieving data for this widget, the following error(s) occurred: Elasticsearch exception

I’ve seen this crop up several times. Maybe this helps:

Elasticsearch exception reason=key [types] is not supported in the metadata section

Just in case someone has the same issue, it turned out that I needed to remove this from the Opensearch config file: compatibility.override_main_response_version: true Thanks again guys for all your help!

What have you tried since? Did you follow the provided suggestion?

It was related to the input not listening it worked no idea how but now getting this.

Already done this but still same not working.
