can you access your mongoDB with the configuration that is present in your Graylog server.conf?

Query failed with error code 11600 and error message ‘interrupted at shutdown’ on server localhost:27017

indicates that something is wrong with your mongodb and a quick search revealed that you might can repair that with mongod --repair (covered by the docs https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/tutorial/recover-data-following-unexpected-shutdown/ )
