Cannot access node information and inputs are disabled after securing graylog with HTTPS

1. Describe your incident:
After enabling TLS and securing Graylog node information is no more available and all inputs are not running. We have this message on node tab : Internal Server Error. Additional information: None of the TrustManagers trust this certificate chain
FYI I am new to Graylog.

  • OS Information: RHEL 8.9

  • Package Version: 5.2.4

  • Service logs, configurations, and environment variables:
    Using OpenSearch

This usually means Graylog does not trust the certificate. Check out How-To Guide: Securing Graylog with TLS
