Alerts & Events "Loading Events information..."

I use Graylog “Graylog v4.0.2+1987d10”
When i open form “Alerts & Events” i only see “Loading Events information…”. But there is no anything else.
In the same time: alerts work good, because i receive notifications to my slack.
I need Alerts & Events to see my custom fields.
