I’m sorry but the correct starting version of graylog-server is 5.0.8

Hey @Tecnici

Do you have a load balancer in front of Graylog?

Since your using HTTPS double check your certificates in the keystore, ensure the right keystore is being used and permissions are correct. This could have change during the upgrade process, but not knowing exactly what you did makes it hard to troubleshoot.

EDIT: I personally would tail -f Graylog’s log file while opening system/configurations or system/indices then you should see more information about this issue in there.

Thank you for the answer, I’ll try the upgrade again and will check logs

Today I try again the upgrade to 5.1.2 and it was succesful.
I don’t know what changed.
Anyway thank for your suggestion.
