The messages arrive to the vm but not to the graylog

I have configured the syslog services of the brocade switch to the graylog and I see only some devices arrive.

The models of the swiches are the same.

With a tcpdump we see in the vm that the message arrives

Anyone know what the problem may be?

did you checked the Graylog server.log?

It might be that the format of the non-received messages are not following the RFC in some way and Graylog can’t work with that data. Could you create a RAW input and point those devices to that RAW input?
