Not able to get the Web GUI console for graylog

Graylog web console is taking to much time to load and after that getting the below Error, Please advice

Server currently unavailable
We are experiencing problems connecting to the Graylog server running on http://10.200.100.49:9000/api/. Please verify that the server is healthy and working correctly.

Is http://10.200.100.49:9000/api/ the correct URI for the Graylog REST API which is accessible to your web browser?
What’s the configuration of your Graylog node?
