Pardon my ignorance but is it possible to monitor a specific log file using Graylog? I would like to monitor the contents of /var/run/reboot-required log file on my Ubuntu Server for when it needs to be rebooted after an unattended upgrade.
Yes it is possible.
You can config rsyslog/nxlog/filebeat/syslog-ng/etc to read and send this log file.
