You have two different problems at the same time.

  1. Elasticsearch mappings (see Jan’s post)
  2. Diskspace problems. Check your journal options and make sure you will never again go out of space. Then look at this: https://community.graylog.org/t/after-disk-space-issue-no-out-messages-help/1766
