I wanted to know how I limit the disk space, or if there is a way to reduce the space, because as the logos are coming in, the disk size is growing very quickly.

Yes,
1.Try to keep fields low if you dont have the space to spare.
2.Reduce the amount of log coming in to Graylog. If you have log shipper, on ship the logs you need.
3.Use a piepline to drop meessages you dont need.
4.Reduce the amount of index sets, for example if you index set retention strategy is set for 7 days, cut that in half if need be.
